RETURN POLICY

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact info@inkhavenstudio.com.

Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will not be issued.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

 

 Jewelry, sunglasses, hats, accessories, bedding, bags, blankets are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable. 

 Gift Cards, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

 

Home decor, Glass items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

 

Cancellations

 There is a 24 hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once you receive your items, you can return them for a refund. Although our average processing time is 3-5 business days, your order may process much faster than that.

 

 How should I send my return back?

 

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

 

Complete the return form on this page and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

 If your package arrives at Ink Haven Studio Returns Department within the 14 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Ink Haven Studio.

Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact us at info@inkhavenstudio.com

 

ORDER STATUS

 What is the status of my order?

 You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history. Tracking your order is available through our track order link found in Need Help Tab or bottom of website page.

If you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If USPS has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest filing a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.

We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 40 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.

 

 How do I change or cancel my order?

 If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 425-210-2439 immediately after making your purchase or email at info@inkhavenstudio.com

We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm ET. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?

 

 Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the  My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your  Ink Haven Studio Account.
