All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days and are usually delivered within 12-25 days. You Should receive your items within 30 days. ***We Currently do not have expedited shipping options*** Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email with your tracking number, along with a link to our tracking page, where you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that it can take some time for your tracking number to link to your packet, so do not be alarmed if it does not link immediately. Because our items ship from different locations, you may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers. These packages may not all arrive at the exact same time. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
Countries to which we ship internationally
We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
Customs and Duties
Ink Haven Studio does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Ink Haven Studio does not pay these fees.
